This cover fits over a table with 6 chairs. If you want to make sure this protective cover fits, measure the distance between the chairs, from backrest to backrest, and then the length of the garden table. You do need 5 cm slack in the length or width. Therefore, this protective cover fits over a garden set of 190 x 135 cm or a set of 185 x 140 cm. If your set is slightly wider, you could opt for the RDS190165.
Both covers are qualitatively the same with the same comforts and extras. The covers are made of a nice sturdy, non-shiny material. This material is 600D Oxford polyester and it's the same material that is used for sturdy backpacks. In windy conditions, these garden covers make no noise. The disadvantage of thinner covers is that they often flap in the wind. The material is fairly colour-fast, Solution Dyed. In addition, the material is frost and UV resistant. There are ventilation hoods on the side, these air vents ensure that the condensation can escape and also ensure the correct air circulation. This gives mold and mildew no chance, and if you have furniture made of iron, it prevents rust and corrosion.
The outside of the cover is water-resistant, the inside is lined with a PU coating. The seams are taped with PVC tape and then double stitched. This ensures that the seams are splash-proof. A free water shedding cushion, RWSC, is supplied to drain the rainwater. You place this cushion in the middle of the table under the cover so that the water runs off. Handles have been attached in the right places to make it easy to handle covers of this size. This allows you to easily put the cover over the garden set and remove it. You can then store the cover in the spacious free storage bag.
At the bottom of the cover, an elastic drawstring with 2 stoppers, is located. With this drawstring you can pull and tighten the cover nicely over the garden set. The cover also has tensioning straps, click-close-straps, which you can put around a table leg. These click-close-straps ensure that your cover stays in place during a heavy storm.
In short, this cover extends the life of your valuable garden furniture and also keeps it clean and dry.
